She'd remembered— she remembered what she saw in Wonderland a while ago, but that wasn't the whole picture. She remembered having to tell Yuri and Natsuki about the nature of their world, but not the actual conversation. Something inside of her had been resisting the details. Some fearful compulsion to look away from the truth.
But it dug at her while she worked on KV. She couldn't afford to lose her concentration and focus on it then. But she remembers now.
If Yuri wants those memories back with her whole heart, and will keep fighting for them no matter what— then we might be able to fix it.
That's why she had that long technomancy dissertation. Why she knew so much about how to go through KV's programming. It was because of this. She promised to fix this.
