Are the longterm residents of the moon baffled by this sudden influx of illegal dogs? Anyone fussing that the convenient time gauze keeping them in the base isn't permission, or daring to pester Lucretia about the pets?

(I mostly want to know if Papyrus has cause to complain about more BoB rules)
