Ogata had not been waiting. He does not care about talking to people, he was mostly just lingering because he was in a fairly good mood due to having just eaten a whole bunch of fish.

But when Lola comes over, he sees no reason not to pay attention, so after Papyrus brings up the topic of the dance, Ogata pipes up, "is there a reason you can't just kill them? Or hire us to. I think most of us have weapons and magic to deal with things like that."
