Thankfully for Mista, he won't really have to focus on the creepy voyeur in the forest.
Because with a critical failure, something else finds him first.
It starts with just one. A rustle in the forest behind Mista. The sound of quick breathing. A low rumble. Should he turn to see it—or, even if he doesn't—something almost twice the size of Mista sinks out from a tree. ...Behind a tree? It's a little hard to tell, as the creature appears partly translucent. It alternates between a smooth, floating motion and a jerky twitch as it approaches him. To note, it still feels like he's being watched by something he can't see; that is not this.
What this is, however, is predatory. It opens its mouth and a strange...dark purple haze starts to pour out? While it doesn't cause any damage to the forest around it, whatever that is doesn't look pleasant.
This is not the only creature approaching Mista. All of similar shape, these semi-translucent, strangely glowing, many-eyed things slink towards him on each side. None are as big as the first. The smallest is about his size, and it flutters what appear to be dead, rotted wings. One makes a hissing, clicking noise. One lets out an animalistic cry, gnashing some rather impressive teeth.

There are, in total, four of them.
