Oh, heck, everybody knows about the missing memories? Michael is visibly put off at that knowledge - it kinda makes him feel uncomfortably seen. But it's just about all of them in general, nothing about him in particular, so that...he supposes he can live with that much.

And he does feel...weird. Bad. Lost.

Not that he'll admit to that, of course. But he's not exactly the practiced liar he used to be; he looks a little visibly shifty when asking if that really helps. Does it? Even if you don't know what the problem is in the first place?

Either way, he's here for continuing the fight. Although he's pretty sure that it does actually matter who wins or loses. That's like, the whole point of this entire thing, isn't it?
