Keep on hoping Mista! You'd really think with how they kind of slink and slither and general look like hell warmed over that they'd be undead? But divine sense picks up none of the above. They are not undead, nor fiends, nor celestials.

They do seem to bump into the trees though, especially the large ones. So while the first one (definitely the Leader, if these creatures recognize such a thing) has an arm hanging down that phases into the ground, it appears like it should be able to be physically injured. Just FYI.

With this knowledge, what would Mista like to do?

(None of them seem to really...take note of his enhanced sexiness? But everyone else will be sure to note, while this whole mess happens, that Mista looks completely hot, even while intensely distressed.)
