It does seem like Papyrus is onto something, even if the thing he's onto isn't quite formed yet. As someone who often needs to talk out his thoughts to come to conclusions, Angus is happy to give him the time to do so. After all, to do otherwise would be pretty hypocritical, considering how many people he's already roped into listening to his ramblings.
